How do I cancel a subscription?

Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions. Find the NoTest Labs app, tap it, and tap Cancel Subscription.

How do I get a refund?

All purchases are processed by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and select the purchase.

Why is a product not in the app?

We add brands and products based on user requests. Email us at support@notestlabs.com with the product name and manufacturer, and we'll look into adding it.

Is my health data private?
