Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using any app published by NoTest Labs, LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use our apps.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble our apps
• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell any part of our apps or their content
• Use our apps for any purpose that violates applicable law
• Attempt to circumvent any access controls or usage limitations

Subscriptions and refunds

All subscriptions are managed through Apple’s App Store. Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal periods are displayed in the app before purchase. To manage or cancel a subscription, go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device.

Refunds are handled by Apple under their refund policy. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

Amazon affiliate disclosure

NoTest Labs, LLC is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites and apps to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. When you follow product links in our apps and make a purchase, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you.

Accuracy of information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the compatibility data in our apps is accurate and current. However, manufacturers may change product specifications without notice. We do not guarantee that all compatibility information is complete, current, or error-free. You should verify critical compatibility decisions with the manufacturer or your healthcare provider.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NoTest Labs, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of our apps, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Warranty disclaimer

Our apps are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be indicated by an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
